The leading trade fair of International Automobile and Parts, Automechanika Frankfurt is organized by the famous Messe Frankfurt. The fair was founded in 1971, every two years, is the world’s largest international auto parts, process equipment and related industrial event. This trade fair attracts thousands of international enterprises every year. It is one of the five most prestigious international auto fairs in the world today, and one of the three major auto part fairs in the world. With a long history and far-reaching influence, it is the originator of Frankfurt auto parts exhibition series. Automechanika Frankfurt is an international stage for the auto exhibitors to participate in international automotive industry and auto part after-sales service. As an international meeting place for the automotive industry, dealership trade and maintenance and repair segment, it provides a major platform for business and technological knowledge transfer.

Automechanika will be renamed “Automechanika Frankfurt” in 2014 as a result of Messe Frankfurt’s brand awareness strategy decision. More than 70 percent of exhibitors expressed varying degrees of satisfaction with the fair, and up to 76 percent of companies said they would continue to participate in the Automechanika trade fair.
